Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & System Development
Establish and manage HR Metrics/HR Scorecard to measure workforce effectiveness.
Ensure fairness, transparency, compliance, and competitiveness in all HR systems.
Implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR) aligned with business objectives.
Review, design, and optimize HR policies and frameworks (compensation, benefits, performance, promotion).
Organizational Design & Workforce Planningy
Build strategic manpower and succession planning.
Oversee HR operations across >100 employees (Office, Retail Stores, Warehouse, and E- commerce).
Develop and update the organization structure according to business growth phases.
Advise the Board of Directors on Organizational Development (OD), restructuring, and expansion projects.
Culture & People Development
Creative, and professional culture.
Lead internal engagement programs: internal communications, team- building, and Culture–Care–Connect initiatives.
Design and implement training programs for leadership development, onboarding, and professional skills.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and execute improvement plans.
Talent Acquisition & Learning
Build multi- channel recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employer branding on digital platforms.
Design structured onboarding programs (30–60–90 days) for new hires.
Collaborate with departments to design career paths and learning roadmaps.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, insurance, payroll, and workplace safety policies.
Oversee employee records, contracts, evaluations, rewards, and disciplinary procedures.
Standardize internal HR–Admin processes, workflows, and documentation systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role in companies with 100+ employees.
Prior experience in retail, e- commerce, fashion, or service industries is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Skills
Sound understanding of Vietnamese labor law, insurance, taxation, and benefits policies.
Strong expertise in policy design, HR metrics, KPI/OKR systems, and change management.
In- depth knowledge of full- spectrum HR management: Recruitment, C&B, Training, OD, and Culture.
