Human Resources Operations Manager (Southern Region)

Functional Objective
• Manage and oversee Human Resources Operations of the assigned locations with the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, including but not limited to Compensation & Benefit and Human Resources Administration.
• In this role you will be asked to represent California Wellness Group through personal and professional presentation, holding HR and other related information in the strictest of confidence and acting as part of the HR team to deliver staff services.
• Promote corporate values and enable business success of Human Resources through practices and processes to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
❖ 35% HR Operations
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR in compliance with Vietnamese laws and Company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train HR Operations team; cascade and implement company HR programs to ensure HR services are efficient in supporting business and all departments.
• Filter and give feedback to line managers to improve system, policies & procedures.
❖ 30% HR Administration
• Maintain Human Resources policy and procedure documents and communicate to the field and Home Office.
• Support Payroll team in preparing, checking timesheets on a monthly basis.
• Fully in charge of all statutory reports and legal documents that Human Resources needs to follow to ensure HR and company are always in compliance.
❖ 10% Build and develop team members
• Motivating, developing and conducting training for team members to maximize their potential and meet their KPIs.
❖ 10% Support other functions of Human Resources
• Maximize staff satisfaction with Human Resources services.
• Ensure the synergy and effectiveness of HR Operations.
❖ 5% Implementation of policies & procedures.
• Read and master the content and how to implement the policies & procedures.
• Give feedback to line manager on how to improve and adjust the policies & procedures if necessary.
• Responsible for implementing the company policies & procedures correctly.
❖ 10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company
