To strengthen Ly Gia Vien’s organizational capabilities and support the company’s 2025 growth goals, this proposal recommends an expanded role for the current HR Specialist. The new scope retains core HR duties—compensation and hiring—while adding responsibilities in onboarding coordination, performance evaluation, organizational development, and SOP creation. This enhancement will help build a more structured, scalable, and people- focused HR function.
Current Responsibilities
Manage employee compensation, benefits, and ensure legal compliance with labor laws.
Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Onboarding Coordination
Ensure that onboarding activities align with departmental needs and company culture.
Design and implement structured onboarding plans for new hires.
Performance Evaluation Facilitation
Support managers with tools, templates, and coaching for effective performance reviews.
Develop and manage quarterly or bi- annual employee review processes.
Organizational Structure & Workflow Development
Collaborate with leadership to define clear reporting lines, responsibilities, and workflows.
Analyze current team and departmental structures; recommend improvements for efficiency.
SOP Development (Standard Operating Procedures)
Create and maintain standardized documentation for HR and interdepartmental processes.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure all SOPs are practical, accessible, and up to date
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
Proven 2- 3 years of professional experience in HR Generalist or HR Specialist roles.
Strong understanding of HR operations in a
growing or scaling organization
. Hands- on experience in:
Organization development, Performance management, SOP.
Compensation & benefits administration and labor law compliance.
Full- cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Structured and systems- thinking mindset. Proactive, detail- oriented, and improvement- driven.
