Human Resource Task:
Monitor and update social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance data and reconcile them with social insurance agencies monthly. Perform procedures related to insurance benefits for employees;
Declare various personal income tax rates and report personal income tax settlements;
Manage and check leave entitlements, compensatory leave, overtime, and other benefits according to company regulations;
Handle procedures related to the company&039;s labor union;
Advise, guide, and answer all questions related to salary policies, benefits, and other related issues;
Calculate and process monthly payroll and bonus payments;
Manage, organize, and store personnel files, track employee lists, and record awards and disciplinary actions for each employee;
Policy System Development:
Develop job descriptions for internal recruitment positions within the company.
Conduct internal recruitment for positions within the company;
Develop and propose improvements to the organizational and management model, as well as the functions, responsibilities, and job titles of the various
Departments/Divisions/Sections within the Company;
HR Admin
Propose initiatives to improve inefficiencies in management mechanisms, principles, procedures, and regulations, etc., to increase operational efficiency and system quality;
Develop employee KPIs;
Conduct surveys, analyses, design, and propose adjustments to policies and solutions to improve management;
Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Participate in organizing employee activities
Purchase annual insurance for maintenance staff
Set up the time clock
Visa, work permit, and insurance for foreign employees
Manage uniform inventory
Schedule fire safety and food safety training for employees
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources from a reputable university.
Language Proficiency: English communication
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve conflicts, and build good relationships with employees and suppliers.
Human Resources Experience: Experience in human resources, recruitment, or employee relations, preferably in the restaurant or hotel industry. Knowledge of labor regulations is an advantage.
Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance issues related to restaurant operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and inventory management systems.
