[Hybrid] Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Actively source and engage with potential clients (startups, product companies, and enterprises) across international markets including the US, Europe, Australia, Asia
Lead initial discovery and client consultations to understand business needs, pain points, and potential software development opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (PMs, engineers, solution architects) to scope projects, prepare proposals, and present tailored software solutions
Track and support the execution of contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and other client- related documents
Maintain and update client records, CRM data, and account health indicators
Join international business trips (e.g. Australia, UK, US) to meet clients, attend workshops, and represent NSC Software in high- level discussions
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts- from onboarding, coordination, to long- term relationship management
Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to business development strategy, sales playbooks, and market expansion plans
Develop strong, trust- based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, long- term cooperation, and continuous upsell/cross- sell opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Languages, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field.
Logical mind- set
A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company&039;s products and services with can- do attitude
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
