Hybrid - QA Lead QA QC, Tester, API/SQL

MealSuite is looking for a QA Lead to join our development team on our mission to revolutionize the continuum of care through our all- in- one foodservice management technology.
Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and standards.
Ensure proper usage of tools like Jira, TestRail, and Confluence for test management and documentation.
Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand features and define quality goals.
Manage defect lifecycle, lead bug triage meetings, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Design, execute, and review detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
Utilizes automation frameworks to implement and execute test cases
Mentor and guide junior and mid- level QA team members in best practices, test case design, and defect management.
Stay informed of industry trends in QA and bring new ideas to the table.
Lead QA activities across multiple projects/releases in an Agile environment.

Detail- oriented with a passion for quality and problem- solving.
Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, and Confluence.
Familiarity with API testing and SQL.
ISTQB certification or similar QA credentials.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
5+ years of experience in software testing, both on web and mobile applications.
Experience collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other business stakeholders.
Must be able to work flexible hours to coordinate with an international team.
At least 2 years in a QA lead role, managing tasks or mentoring peers.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract test scenarios from complex requirements.
Strong communication, leadership, and time- management skills.
