ICT Recruiter - Salary Up to 35Mil

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Huawei Vietnam is looking for a passionate, dedicated, professional HR Recruiter to join the team to drive talent development and business success. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and pipeline building
IT recruiters must have a passion for working with technology, have effective communication skills and be capable of thriving in a fast- paced environment.
Lead/assist in omni- channel recruitment (social recruitment, school recruitment, and internal job transfer) to accurately match business talent requirements.
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various IT roles
Attract relevant talent, conduct evaluations and interviews

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Academic background: Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration, language, etc. is preferred;
Work experience: At least 3 years of HR work experience, possess systematic HR management theoretical knowledge, be familiar with recruitment, strong sourcing and hunting skills
Competency requirements:
Ability to analyze and solve problems, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong English expression and information integration skills;
