IE & CI Manager

• Set and monitor labor productivity targets (SAH, efficiency, UPH)
• Improve line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower allocation
• Support digitalization initiatives (MES, IE software, dashboards) People & Leadership
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work)
• Promote a CI culture through training, coaching, and employee involvement
• Drive waste reduction (motion, waiting, overproduction, rework, excess inventory)
• Develop and track KPIs (Efficiency, SMV, Cost/PC, Lead Time, DHU)
• Establish and maintain standard minute values (SMV) for all garment styles and operations
• Support operator skill development and multi- skilling programs
• Implement continuous improvement projects with measurable cost and productivity gains
• Prepare weekly and monthly IE/CI performance reports for management
• Lead, train, and develop the IE and CI team
• Facilitate cross- functional problem solving using PDCA, root cause analysis,
• Build IE capability across sewing, cutting, and finishing departments
• Use production data to support fact- based decision making
• Analyze bottlenecks and implement countermeasures to improve throughout Continuous Improvement (CI)
• Conduct method study, time study, and work measurement to optimize processes
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, HR, and technical teams
• Support new style introductions, pilot runs, and production ramp- ups

• Strong communication and training capability
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Apparel Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in garment manufacturing, IE, with 2–5 years in a managerial role
• Advanced time & motion study and line balancing expertise
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
• Hands- on, results- oriented, and change- driven approach
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
• Strong knowledge of sewing operations, garment construction, and production flow
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Data- driven mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills
