What you will do
• Analyze client briefings and process the retouching
• Perform quality assurance and prepare quality improvement ideas with your team
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including complex retouching, image extracting and color correction for products
• Create image balancing the overall product harmony
• Retouch a high volume of digital images of fashion (clothes, people, shoes, jewelry etc.), while following different brand guidelines
What we expect from you (must- have)
• 2+ years of experience in the work industry
• Having a quality- centric mindset to ensure our quality standards
• Working with MacOS operating system (Apple)
• An excellent eye for color, product details and composing harmony
• Thinking about the product context and what adjustments make sense
• Deep knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
• Having an analytical mindset and structured working style to work with our client briefings
• Can communicate English clearly and basically for daily work
What is good to know (nice- to- have)
Image harmony in page production context
Image composing, especially lighting and color balance
Layer and mask management
Complex retouching, especially hair clippings, textures and patterns
• Skilled in Adobe InDesign
• Experience in using AI- powered tools for image generating
• Experience in print production, desktop publishing or similar
