Import Documentation Staff (Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Nhập)

• Collaborate with carriers to obtain Electronic Delivery Orders (EDO), check and track telex releases
• Correspond with other sections and finish other tasks as assigned by the leader.
• Send arrival notice, EDOs, and debit notes to customers promptly.
• Manage cargo handling processes, including FCL and LCL cargo.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues.
• Manage cargo handling processes, filed manifests, including FCL and LCL cargo.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to customers in a professional manner
• Receive and verify documentation from agents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to the agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/overseas agents, and handle internal data entry

• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
• From 2 year’ experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Import
• Fluent in English is advantage, Microsoft office.
• High responsibility, flexibility, hard- working, and willing to learn more.
• College or bachelor’s degree in economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
