Import/ Export Staff

- Possess knowledge of Bill of Materials (B.O.M.), production standards, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and update the progress of import and export goods delivery with freight forwarding companies.
- Monitor shipping costs and related expenses for import and export operations through contracts and shipping quotations.
- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, planning, warehousing, production, etc.) to ensure that incoming and outgoing goods comply with regulations.
- Implement and monitor customs declaration procedures and document verification related to the import and export of raw materials and finished goods for export processing enterprises (EPEs). Control and classify customs declarations for each import and export shipment according to current customs regulations.

- Proficient in spoken English, report writing, and reading comprehension of work- related documents.
- Familiar with customs declaration software and office computer software.
- Male or female, aged 22- 28.
- Graduated from university or college, having completed management and import/export skills training courses.
