Import Pricing Executive

· Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, co- loaders, and overseas agents to obtain the most competitive and feasible pricing solutions for each shipment.
· Effectively utilize overseas agents within Everich’s internal network and international logistics associations such as WCA, PPL, Neptune, etc.
· Receive and handle import quotation requests (Sea & Air) from the Sales Department, mainly covering FCL, Air, Project, and LCL cargoes on non- consol routes.
· Prepare and provide accurate quotations, ensuring:

Clear service scope (OF only / All- in / DDP / DDU, etc.).
Full breakdown of Ocean/Air Freight, local charges, surcharges, and additional fees.
Alignment with actual market conditions and proper risk control.

· Monitor and regularly update freight rate fluctuations, space availability, and booking conditions from shipping lines, airlines, and agents.
· Coordinate closely with Sales, Import Customer Service, and related departments to ensure quotations are accurate, workable, and competitive.
· Support pricing for special cargo such as DG, OOG, project cargo, rail, and multimodal shipments (if any).
· Update pricing information into the pricing system / pricing files and proactively inform the Sales team of any changes in rates or space conditions.

· Good teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
· Analytical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Import Pricing (Sea & Air), preferably in a freight forwarding company.
· Experience working with shipping lines, airlines, co- loaders, and overseas agents.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Honest, enthusiastic, and dedicated to work.
· Good at Microsoft office skill
· Good negotiation, communication, and problem- solving skills.
· Ability to analyze market trends and manage pricing risks effectively.
· Proactive and positive attitude.
