Inbound Tour Operation

Itinerary Design & Costing: Creating and developing customized tour programs, holiday packages, and excursions tailored to the unique needs of international clients.
Operational Execution: Collaborating with the post- sales and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of travel arrangements and providing on- tour support to handle any unforeseen issues.
Booking & Coordination: Making and managing reservations for all tour components such as flights, train tickets, accommodation, and car rentals.
Inbound Sales: Communicating with international agents and clients to understand their requirements, preparing sales proposals, and closing bookings to meet revenue targets.
Administrative Tasks: Updating electronic records in the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and coordinating with the accounting department for supplier payments and guide fees.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management: Negotiating contracts and pricing with local suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and tour guides, to ensure competitive rates and service quality.

Typical Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software or travel booking systems
Experience: Proven experience in inbound tour operations or sales within the travel industry (often 1+ years).
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem- solving, and communication skills, with a highly sales- oriented and customer- centric attitude.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is essential for communicating with international stakeholders; additional languages may be an advantage.
