Influencer Management:
+ Ensure all creator activities align with business goals and affiliate targets.
+ Identify gaps in execution e.g. underperforming creators or campaign and implement timely solutions to improve results.
+ Track and monitor the team’s performance to ensure month- over- month growth of creators&039; NMV.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
+ Collaborate with the Affiliate team to develop campaign strategies, quotations, and proposals aligned with brand objectives.
+ Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Analytics and Reporting:
+ Analyze key performance metrics (NMV, ROI, engagement, conversion rates).
+ Use data- driven insights & recommendation to improve efficiency and results.
+ Deliver timely report to manager with outcomes, insights, and improvement areas to manager with actionable plans.
Influencer Relationship & Retention: Maintain and grow long- term relationships with top- tier KOLs. Anticipate potential issues, provide proactive support to the team during crises, and ensure influencer satisfaction to drive loyalty and performance.
Team Management & Leadership:
+ Foster a collaborative, high- performing team environment
+ Lead, coach, and develop influencer executives
+ Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to support the team
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
+ Lead quarterly and annual planning for influencer activities.
+ Forecast creator- driven NMV and set realistic, data- backed performance targets.
Cross- functional Alignment
+ Ensure smooth coordination and information flow between internal stakeholders.
+ Act as a key point of contact across departments (Affiliate, Commercial, Meida, Production, Finance) to align influencer activities with overall business direction.
Risk Management & Compliance
+ Ensure all influencer content and activity complies with internal policies, platform guidelines, and legal standards.
+ Proactively manage risks and establish mitigation plans.
Contract & Documentation Management
+ Manage all paperwork related to KOL onboarding, vendor contracting, and campaign agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
+ Review, negotiate, and process influencer and vendor contracts, payment terms, and deliverables to minimize risks and protect company interests.
+ Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure timely processing of payments, invoices, and supporting documents.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience working in e- commerce, digital marketing agencies, or MCN/creator networks.
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing, or related digital marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong track record of leading multi- channel influencer campaigns that drive performance (sales, traffic, brand impact).
- Proven ability to manage campaigns, creators, and cross- functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem- solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator ecosystems.
