Infrastructure Operator Staff

Handle/coordinate handling of situations, incidents, and problems arising related to the IT system.
Managing and monitoring network systems, connection with partners, server rooms, servers, CCTV system, storage devices, security devices, databases and infrastructure services.
Maintain the continuous operation of IT system and services at factory & office.

Knowledge on either Cisco or CCNA/CCNP is an advantage.
A University/College graduate in Information Technology, or Electronics Telecommunications Engineering with good moral values and high scholastic records.
Ready to work in factory and support shift members. Can OT at holiday, weekends or night shifts.
Having knowledge about: Problem Solving, CCTV and Paging, LAN, Networking, Network Design and Implementation, Network Troubleshooting, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Performance Tuning.
English communication.
