Infrastructure Senior Manager

The IT Infrastructure Senior Manager will lead and oversee the company’s entire IT infrastructure, including systems administration, network architecture, virtualization, and cloud platforms across all operating countries. This role ensures high availability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support business operations and strategic growth. The position will manage a team of system administrators and network engineers, lead infrastructure implementations in Vietnam and other countries, and collaborate with cross- functional teams and external partners in Vietnam and overseas.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead data center management, IT operations, infrastructure architecture design and implementation, and disaster recovery planning to ensure that infrastructure capacity aligns with business needs and future growth.
Ensure IT systems and networks operate smoothly and continuously with nearly zero downtime.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Develop technical strategies, plans and cost- effective solutions to execute and enhance IT infrastructure in alignment with business objectives.
Ensure system security hardening and compliance with company security policies.
Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution in Vietnam and other countries.
Be willing to get involved in project and technical matters, take a hands- on approach to project management, and roll up your sleeves to get your hands dirty when necessary.

A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning such as IT professional certifications or higher education diplomas, is an advantage.
Extensive experience and strong knowledge in Unix/Linux, Windows Server, virtualization, network devices, security appliances, SDWAN, high- performance storage, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), network monitoring solutions, data center, and automation tools, CI/CD, zero trust, ZTNA, optimized infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads…
Integrity, accountability, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Minimum 13 years in IT infrastructure technology, including at least 3 years in leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in DevOps or SysOps is a plus.
Proven experience in designing and managing modern enterprise networks with security best practices.
