Ingredient Laboratory Supervisor

Job summary:

Assist in collaboration and communication: Work with internal teams, supplier and customer (RD&039;s customer) if need)
Packing samples data input & output for sample warehouse management
Other tasks assigned in AC scope
AC Develop prototypes for customer projects & AC works
Evaluations (food and additive), and applying the ingredients into food applications

Responsibilities & Duties:

Documentatiing and Reporting: maintain accurate records of technical service activities, including reports on test results, customers, sale team&039;s, and suppliers feedback, and issue resolution
Conduct test to evaluate the quality of raw materials of semi finished products and finished products according to supplier guidelines and customer expectations
Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate and run new projects, ensuring the development of new products with customers.
Packing samples data input & output for sample warehouse management
Carry out tasks as assigned by the AC Manager, ensuring work progress is on schedule
Collaboration and communication: work with internal teams, suppliers assigned by AC Manager (If needed).
Assist in collaborating with suppliers to organize technical training sessions or seminars for customers or sales team

Requirement:

Have a foundational knowledge of dairy ingredients, food additives, processing technologies, and food product characteristics (especially dairy products), along with an understanding of consumer markets and market trends.
Practical working experience as technologist (technical application) at Lab. of ingredient trading companies (preferred) is more than 1 year, especially for dairy, beverage & bakery, and in the R&D department of food factories (required) from 3 – 5 years
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Life Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Discipline, perseverance, open mind, creativity and sharing
English skills: good in communication and writing (preferred)

Work location: 432/10 Vo Van Kiet, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC
Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half- day on Saturdays.
