Innovation Workshop Manager

Job Summary :

Close communication with related departments.
Lead & Manage the sample workshop team.
Manage On- time shipment schedule for all categories each stage.
Manage the Out- sourcing supplier.
Manage Product Quality.

Responsibilities:

Attending weekly product review together with PDM and Expat in order to check the finished product well.
Response to other team’s request [PDM / BTTM Eng. / Commo / SMPL / etc.,].
Discussing together with the Tech Group to figure out the improvement points.
Inspiring mind- set & Training team member.
Monitor the overall sample product progress.
Direction to resolve technical issues for seniors during the development stage.
Manage the overall status and direction to the team to hit deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Job experience in the footwear industry more than 10 years

as a Workshop Manager, ME, QIP or IE is especially preferred

Skills:

* English: (preferable)
- Intermediate level of Speaking and listening
- Intermediate level of writing and reading

* Computer:- Intermediate level of Excel, Illustrator, CAD

* Solution to solve critical technical issues

* Strong Leadership to motivate all team members

Knowledge:

* ME/IE knowledge

* Basic knowledge of shoe composition & shoe making process

* Understanding of workflow in a season & Spread out positive energy to employees
