Inspection Engineer_ Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Executing improve the SAP system to support ongoing departmental operations.
Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
Running work (Routine & Urgent) and prepare tools, equipment, and personnel in accordance with the amount of work, costs, time specified, EH&S requirements of the plant and supervisors. As well as coordinating and following up on work to jointly resolve/acknowledge progress, problems, and solutions/make reports to inform relevant people.
Follow instructions and attend training sessions to understand proper maintenance and inspection procedures.
Cooperate and participate in activities according to the company policy.
Support department in executing tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Retrieve inspection data from the computer system to summarize the results and make a report to present to the supervisor for inspection and offer opinions and forward to the supervisor for consideration and approval before sending to customers
Analyse and evaluate work results, including work quality, use of resources (people, time, money, tools and equipment), Customer feedback to prepare reports and present to supervisors to consider improving work.
Teach correct work methods to employees in responsible departments to ensure safety in work.
Retrieve job list information from the SAP system to running work (Routine & Urgent) and prepare resources. (e.g. tools and equipment, personnel) in accordance with the workload, cost, EH&S requirements of the plant and commander or coordinate with production and maintenance departments to adjust resources when adjustments to plans occur.
Coordinate, follow up on work, and join in solving problems arising from coordination in order to work as planned
Check working conditions, machines, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in a safe condition before performing daily tasks.
Promote and support occupational safety activities.
Check to find the cause of the danger, illness or the occurrence of a nuisance due to the work of an employee, work with a safety officer at the basic or professional level and report the results including recommendations to the employer to urgently prevent the occurrence.

Supervise and supervise employees in responsible departments to comply with rules, regulations, orders, or safety measures at work.

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/ Maintenance is desirable.

Working Experience:

1- 5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance in Petrochemicals business or Petrochemicals- related business.

Skills:

Intensive knowledge of petrochemicals plants.

Good safety awareness, mindset and behavior.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).

Proficient in the use of necessary program or software.
