Integration Specialist (Night Shift, E-Com/ERP/Data)

The Integration Specialist works with internal Implementation Specialist teams, customers, and 3rd party consultants to engineer and deploy the integration component between the TrueCommerce Translation Software and the customer’s existing ERP systems.

Office location: Quality Tech Solution Complex, District 12
Working time: 22:00- 07:00, Monday- Friday (30% extra income aligned with Vietnam Laws)
As an Integration Specialist you will:

Well- developed independent troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage workload and task schedule, confident and independent decision- making skills to complete assigned tasks.
Migration of data from customers test environments to production environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage scheduled appointments and customer needs.
Diagnose, document, and manage customer needs requiring other TrueCommerce technical resources during a deployment/migration.
Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and their resolution.
Create and modify data mapping based on the customer’s specifications, their business and operational needs. To include, adapting EDI Data flow to the customer’s ERP for inbound integrations (such as Purchase Orders), and adapting data to match EDI requirements for outbound data (such as invoices and ASNs) FROM the customer’s ERP.
Provide regular status reports on current integration projects.
Work with Internal resources to define and implement the mapping format of data exchanged between TrueCommerce’s Translator and the customers ERP.
Strong logical ability to analyze and predict product implementation roadblocks and action items.

Good logical thinking
Plus if you have an understanding of standardized data storage processing
Knowledge of a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), shipping solutions or E- Commerce
Proficient in English
Willing to work night shift.

100% salary in 2 months of probation
30% extra salary applied for nightshift hours as prescribed in labour laws
Meal allowance: Up to 660,000 VND/month
Base salary range: 15M- 19M/month
13- month salary (pro- rated), annual performance bonus
Extra private healthcare after probation; Company covers 50% annual fee for relatives
Night shift allowance >3,000,000 VND/month
