- Investigation of companies, ready of related documentations (area calculation, schedule arrangement, etc.)
- Research interior firms that have experience in Vietnam or other Asian countries
- Preparation of design and construction order
• Writing RFP (Request for proposals)
- Managing Design firm (Domestic and Foreign)
- Review other works such as interior lighting, graphic, display, fixture and furniture, equipment, etc.
- Review work scope, schedule, cost, manpower, etc.
- Review design such as planning, elevation, section, details, color, material, etc.
• Writing a report related to design of consultants to make a decision
• On- site inspection (shop drawing approval, material inspection, etc.) / Review design changes

• Planning works related to design process
