Interior Design & Visualization
Create design presentations including mood boards, material boards, and layout proposals.
Produce 3D renderings, perspectives, and visualizations to communicate interior design ideas.
Develop interior design concepts and space based on project requirements.
Adapt and localize design concepts according to guidelines from the HQ.
Prepare interior drawings such as layouts, elevations, and detailing for design development.
Design Team Management & Leadership
Maintain design quality and ensure projects meet company standards and deadlines.
Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development for team members.
Assign design tasks and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
