Research and select suppliers for materials, furniture, and construction.
Develop proposals based on client needs and project budgets.
Collaborate closely with designers, architects, engineers, and construction team
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor market prices and negotiate with partners to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Plan and design space concepts that reflect Everon’s brand identity.
Execute design projects for stores, exhibitions, and office environments.

Simple Summary of What We Need (Requirements)

• Strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of brand expression through space.
• Proven experience in interior or architectural design.
• Strong understanding of 2D drawing interpretation and construction processes.
• Proficiency in professional design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Excellent project management and problem- solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Arts, or related field.
• Experience in vendor communication, cost comparison, and price negotiation is highly preferred.

• Being able to use English is an advantage
