B2B Customer Service Executive (Lighting Industry)

🕒 Full- time | Open to Intern / Junior Level
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow- up & Client Communication
Research client companies to better understand their market and project scope
Follow up with potential clients via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and project owners
Introduce company and product offerings professionally
Quotation & Sales Support
Send product catalogs, specifications, and pricing information
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and technical documents
Track client feedback and update follow- up status
CRM & Reporting
Maintain and update customer database
Provide weekly progress reports to management
Classify and track leads by potential level
Relationship Development
Nurture long- term B2B relationships
Maintain regular communication with prospects
Support scheduling online meetings when required
Requirements
Required:
Professional email communication skills
Proactive and persistent in follow- ups
Strong written and spoken English skills
Comfortable working with international clients
Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred:
Background in lighting, interior products, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
Experience working or studying in the U.S. is a strong advantage
1–3 years experience in B2B sales, customer service, or international trade
