DESCRIPTIONS
Operations Support
Assist in developing, managing, and monitoring internal policies to foster a productive and positive working environment.
Support the implementation of onboarding programs and internal training according to the HR/department plan.
Prepare and draft periodic reports as requested by the department manager.
Data Management
Update employee information into the department’s database, maintain and ensure data accuracy on a regular basis.
Manage and update accounts, system access rights, and relevant tools used by the department.
People Support
Coordinate and support assigned tasks in organizing internal events such as training sessions, workshops, team- building activities, and other company engagement programs.
Address employee inquiries, handle complaints, and support issues related to policies, welfare, and internal regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Age 21- 23;
Understanding of departmental functions and basic knowledge of labor regulations is a plus.
Strong communication skills, good listening ability, situation handling, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage.
