International Case Management Executive

Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Resolve customers’ requests
Coordinate with partners to accomplish customers’ requests
Respond to calls and emails from international corporate
clients in English and Vietnamese.
Record data and report to general manager
Working Time: 40 hours/week:
10:00PM – 06:00AM
r 03:00AM – 07:00AM & 01:00PM – 05:00PM
r 03:00AM – 11:00AM

Strong interpersonal communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Priority for candidates who start work immediately.
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Qualifications
Experience in customer service
Having passion with travel, insurance and medical industry
Must be customer- service oriented; actively look for ways to help people
Active Listeners: be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times
Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely
