Identify, qualify, and onboard distributors and B2B partners
Drive international sales across the USA, Europe, and Middle East
Manage all leads and opportunities within the CRM
Track pipeline, performance, and conversion rates
Develop scalable sales processes and channels
Build and manage a sales team as the business grows
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Convert inbound leads from Facebook and Google Ads into sales
Execute cold and warm outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Close, or similar)
Confident English communicator
Target- driven, organised, and commercially minded
Proven experience in international B2B sales 2 years
Strong background in cold outreach, follow- up, and closing- Social Media, Emails etc

Basic: 20,000,000 VND per month
Earning potential: 50,000,000 – 200,000,000+ VND per month
