International Sales Executive (Up To 20M)

JOB PURPOSE
The International Sales Executive is responsible for developing new international customers, supporting existing clients, and executing export sales activities to drive sustainable business growth (Focus Asia Market)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Acquisition & Sales
Identify, approach, and develop new international customers in assigned markets.
Manage the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, quotation, and order confirmation.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing levels, and competition.
2 Customer Relationship Management
Follow up on orders, feedback, and after- sales issues.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high service quality.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors.
3 Sales Operations & Coordination
Prepare quotations, product information, and sales documentation.
Monitor order progress, shipment schedules, and payment status.
4 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including progress, risks, and opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related fields.
Experience
Experience in a similar field is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in international business or export.
Skills & Competencies
Strong learning ability and open mindset
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of international trade (Incoterms, payment terms)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Language
Chinese languages are a plus
Good command of English (mandatory)
