Select appropriate forwarding services and work with forwarders to complete export customs declarations.
Manage and maintain relationships with customers.
Receive customer lists from the Marketing Department and follow up to develop business opportunities.
Monitor production progress and shipment schedules; coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, packing lists, and other related export documents.
Draft, implement, and follow up on international trade contracts.
Handle customer orders and inquiries; negotiate contract terms and close deals.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in MS Office applications.
1–2 years of experience in international sales.
Experience in export sales; experience in FMCG is preferred.
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, and committed to long- term development with the company.
