Internship Program 2026

MSIG Vietnam officially launch the Internship Program 2026, offering students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands- on experience in a professional, international working environment while enhancing essential skills and knowledge for their future careers.
As part of this program, we are now opening internship opportunities across several Divisions in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City:
Business Processing Division- Hanoi
• Support other staff in printing and bidding insurance books
• Other tasks as assigned by line management
• Handling simple line of processing policy such as Compulsory Motor Certificates, E- cargo certificate
Global Business Division- Ho Chi Minh City
• Help maintain and organize client records
• Support to prepare quotations/insurance contracts and send them to clients
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by line management
• Report unusual issues (if any)
• Synthesize and make payments to clients
Human Resource and Administration Division- Hanoi
• Support logistics for meetings and internal events.
• Help monitor office supplies and facility requests.
• Support handling telephone calls, including internal and external inquiries.
• Assist with document handling and filing, including courier service.
• Support internal communication and cross- department coordination.
• Support to coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Perform basic data entry and administrative reporting.
Retail Business Division- Hanoi
• Support coordination with banks/partners for campaign rollouts.
• Assist in processing and checking documentation for policy issuance or claims.
• Support ad- hoc requests from the team
• Assist in preparing sales performance reports.
• Help monitor and report on campaigns.
• Help maintain and update internal databases (e.g., customer lists, training records).
Risk Management Division- Hanoi
• Other tasks as assigned by line management
• Support senior staff on Information Security/Cyber Security tasks: user awareness training (prepare and share IS/CS news, tips, reminders...)
• Review of Information Security Questionnaire

• 3rd or 4th year university students, or fresh graduates
• Chinese is plus for Global Business Division
• No experience is required
• English fluency.
