Interpreter/Translator (Japanese - Vietnamese)

Location: Yokohama Tyre Vietnam Inc.
Reporting to: GA & HR Manager
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpretation

Provide on- site interpreting work at Company meetings, conferences, audits, trainings, and events involving Vietnamese and Japanese speakers, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
Support communication between Japanese and Vietnamese staff in daily work.

Document Translation

Translate documents, reports, emails, and presentations between Vietnamese and Japanese.
Review and proofread translated materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience: At least 2- 3 years of interpretation/translation experience.
Education: College or University degree (preferably in Japanese or related fields).
Language:
English: Not required but is an advantage.
Japanese: JLPT N3 or above. N2 is preferred.
Skills:
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
Good listening and speaking in both Japanese and Vietnamese.
Honest, careful, and able to keep information confidential.
