Inventory Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and execute aged, obsolete and excess inventory reduction strategies.
Presenting inventory reports and other statistical data to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
Coordinating with other departments to clear incorrect inventory in ERP system.
Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control and execute respective corrective actions as needed.
Providing meaningful analysis of complex data to support material strategies.
Maintaining and improving the company&039;s materials and finished goods inventory by analyzing inventory statistics to limit inventory level & meet inventory’s KPI target.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
Forward thinking- you look for new and better ways to deliver our high- quality products in your workspace.
Experience with databases and spreadsheets, strong at excel skill.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst in manufacturing companies.
Team player- you are willing to jump in and help others.
Good attention to detail, math, and multi- tasking skills.
Experience with ERP system (such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor), inventory planning.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, time management and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
