Investment Banking Manager (Sales)

Build and maintain a diversified, sustainable corporate client portfolio.
Meet business KPIs related to Corporate Finance Advisory activities.
Research, develop, and propose suitable financial products for corporate clients (Bonds, Stocks, and others).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Advisory.
Oversee the overall management of the project, including supervising project team members, managing the entire implementation process and quality, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
Coordinate with back- office teams to support clients and finalize advisory contracts.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment banking sector, preferably within securities companies.
University graduate or higher in Economics, Finance- Banking, or other related fields.
Candidates with practical skills in using AI tools and data- driven approaches are an advantage.
Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and demonstrate resilience.
Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving business targets.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
