IPQC & OQC Engineer

This leader will lead a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of In- Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non- conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.
Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
Manage the process of In- Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards.
Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non- conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.
Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality

Academic:

College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science

Years of experience:

At least 3 years in Quality field in an engineer position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.

Special knowledge:

Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Able to work effectively without direct supervision.
Good English, written and spoken
Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results
Good team player with positive approach

Other skills:

Team player.
A self- starter with a ‘hands- on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives.
