RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with technical staff and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects
Qualify the deals against company criteria
Prospect for potential customers in- account using both direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Cultivate strong relationships with third parties and partners that may be required to deliver full solutions to the client
Regularly report on sales and delivery activities per FPT’s reporting norms
Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver values, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems and escalations
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and subsequent account mining efforts
Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients’ senior managers and decision makers
Provide feedback to sales management on how to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
Conduct all activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
Dedicated Sales and Account mining efforts in existing FPT accounts to achieve targets around Billed Revenue, Booked Orders and Customer- Satisfaction in the assigned region and accounts
Consult with client representatives about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of possible solutions with associated costs/benefits
Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
Draft and deliver sales proposals
