IT Application Operation Business Analysis, SQL

Job Summary

To assist IT Operations Manager in managing the Company’s IT infrastructures and its operations to ensure the entire company’s IT environment and business applications can always function properly and securely.
The Job holder plays a role to support Business Application such as Front- End, Back- End for daily operation. You are responsible for analyzing the business requirements, understanding IT systems/applications, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth core system operation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Working cohesively with the application vendor’s application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process.
Ensuring proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements.
Lead and coordinate the troubleshooting process.
Execute the strategic and midterm plans of IT.
In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements for the Business Application.
Managing and leveraging between end user’s expectation and the base lined business requirements
Providing system/application support for end users and know- how support to internal teams.
Supporting User Acceptance Test for the project sign off.
Project- management to implement of major applications including Business Core system enhancement, data mining (reporting and data extraction) … when needed.

Qualification- University Degree majored in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
Work Experience

At least 02 years working experience in Software development and Application support. (experienced: SQL, Stock core system is preferred)
Have experience in business analysis and system analysis.
Having experience on Core Stock FSS, Derivetive Core or Core Wealth/Partner system is a plus.
Having working experience in Stock/Finance/Banking is a plus.

Nice to have.

Good experience on ITIL framework and process.
Experience on either Java, PL/SQL.
Experience on application development and deployment (DevOps)

Skills

Good at trouble shooting, root cause analysis with wide knowledge in IT application area.
Able to understand insight requirements.
Able to use English (both written & verbal).
Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders.

Attitude

Hard- working even at night- time or weekend (when needed).
Positive thinking with service mind- set.
Trust- worthy and have a good attitude on facing multiple system issues.
Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
