IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze, and develop user requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation, including business processes, data flows, high- level user interfaces, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
Conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements before transitioning to user acceptance testing (UAT).
Consult with business users to provide advice and support.
Support users during the implementation and post- implementation phases.
Support users during UAT and provide training to end- users (if required).
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Work with cross- functional technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Track project progress and report updates to managers and stakeholders.

English communication is required
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in using tools for documentation, issue analysis, and timeline management.
Extensive understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Logical thinking, agile, and open mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Experience with project management tasks is a plus.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP systems or healthcare practices.
