IT Business Analyst

Objectives of this role

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify and analyze business needs and requirements
Develop and implement effective IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Develop functional specifications and system design documents
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Support solutioning in the project presales phase.
Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
Provide training and support to end- users.
Conduct detailed business analysis and document business requirements.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Requirements

3 to 5 years experiences in related position
Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Background in IT outsourcing companies.

Preferred skills and experiences

Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other IIBA certifications
Experience in supporting solutioning during the project presales phase.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
Experience in a senior business analyst role within the IT industry.
