IT Business Analyst

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help users verify that business needs are fulfilled.
Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and other documentation such as Use Cases, User Flows, Wireframes, and Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and user stories.
Support the Product Owner or Project Manager in defining scope, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Act as the main communication bridge between client, business users, and the technical team (Developers, QAs, Designers). Support testing activities and validate deliverables against requirements.
Document workflows, processes, and system features.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a strong plus.
Good English communication skills and ability to work with cross- functional teams.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Strong skills in writing requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with design and documentation tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart).
