IT Comtor (Chinese - Mandarin Speaking)

Prepare project documents: meeting minutes, reports, requirement specs
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Translate and interpret communication between Chinese clients and internal technical teams (Dev/BA/PM)
Track project progress and report status to clients
Support presales activities if needed (proposal, demo, solution discussion)
Clarify project requirements and document specifications
Support meetings: requirement discussions, daily/weekly meetings, demos
Requirements
From 1–3+ years of experience in IT Comtor / Business Analyst / PM Assistant.
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) – especially Taiwanese clients (spoken & written).
English communication skill is a plus.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of software development processes (Web/App, Outsourcing, Agile is a plus).
Experience in software outsourcing or IT services is highly preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong language skills and IT mindset are welcome.
