The IT Helpdesk/ Onsite position is responsible for supporting End User for daily activities and IT tasks to deliver excellent IT Service.
Main responsibilities:
Maintain infrastructure onsite
- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network, diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures.
- Provides documents related IT support, including documentation and reports related to computers, and networks.
- Install and configure the application, operating system, and computer hardware.
- Maintain Asset management system regularly
Support site
- Support for deploying new applications and digital as: RPA, Power Automate
- Support for other sites belong SGB Group, follow order by line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
• Education: University degree. Having IT certificate is preferable: MCSA, CCNA,..
• Work Experience: at least 1 years of experience in the same position or similar job with successful proven records.
• English is a plus
• Other qualifications:
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Able to work with less supervisory and deliver expected outcome results.
- Having an attitude of “making impossible possible”.
- Negotiation & Influencing skills.
- Possess a high level of passion.
- Well organized & self- disciplined.
Functional skills & job knowledge:
- Good knowledge in PC, TCP/IP network connectivity, printer, IP phone system.
- Responsibilities, actively, good team work, Honest, Enthusiastic time management, presentation skill.
- Good experience with Windows domain.
- Service oriented mindset.
