Position Summary:
The IT Helpdesk will monitor and maintain factory computer systems, telephone systems, IP CCTV system and infrastructure, while resolving technical issues ticketed through the company IT Ticket system.
The IT Helpdesk specialist joins the IT Support team to maintain computer networks, software, and hardware across the organization. This role is critical in providing timely technical support and helpdesk services, with a primary focus on supporting production lines to ensure operational continuity

Education & Experience
Around 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in IT Support
Technical college degree or above in Electronics or Computer Technology
Minimum 2 years supporting systems, networks, and infrastructure in a production/manufacturing environment
(Joint Venture or Foreign- Owned companies preferred)
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Office 2016 & Office 365
Proficient in Windows 10/11, Linux, Active Directory
Familiar with antivirus and anti- malware security systems
Experience with network systems (Cisco Meraki – wired & wireless, DNS)
Solid troubleshooting skills for computer hardware, CCTV, IP Phone systems, and production machines
