We&039;re seeking a dedicated and technically proficient
IT Helpdesk Specialist
to provide exceptional support to our employees. In this role, you&039;ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure stable operation of the technology infrastructure.
Provide technical support to company users related to software, hardware, computer networks, and office equipment.
Support and maintain our Cisco / Stringee/ Genesys Telephony systems.
Participate in new system deployment projects as assigned.
Manage and track IT assets, updating records periodically.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment: servers, computers, printers, scanners, IP phones, cameras, etc.
Support troubleshooting via various channels: in- person, email, phone, or remote support tools.
Provide technical assistance related to CRM platforms.

Experience with Cisco / Stringee/ Genesys Telephony systems is a must- have.
Preference for candidates with MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
Ability to provide 24/7 support, including on- call standby support with remote work capability for after- hours incidents.
Graduated from College/University with a major in Information Technology or equivalent.
Good communication skills, customer support mindset, and eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer- centric approach.
Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking concepts, and common business applications.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience supporting IT systems within the Aviation or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and LAN/WAN networks.
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in a Contact Center environment.
