Assist in information security tasks, including basic security monitoring and supporting risk assessments for clients.
Collaborate with the IT/DevOps/Security team to implement security policies, ensure compliance, and support audits when required.
Provide proactive solutions to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth IT operations.
Handle troubleshooting for office devices (printers, surveillance cameras, timekeepers, etc.).
Install and prepare PCs/Laptops (hardware, software, connectivity) for new employees and handle asset recovery during offboarding; Monitor and administer office network systems, including Wi- Fi, routers (Mikrotik), and firewalls.
Manage and maintain email services (Google Workspace).
Plan and coordinate the procurement of IT office equipment and supplies.
Manage, maintain, and provide warranty services for computers and office equipment (printers, time attendance devices, etc.).

Education: Bachelor degree or above
Professional major: Information & Technology, computer scientist...
2nd language ability: Good at English
