IT Infrastructure & System Administrator

Role Overview:
The IT Infrastructure & System Administrator is responsible for operating, administering, and continuously improving cloud platforms, Google Workspace for Education, and campus IT infrastructure in a managed services environment. This role focuses on access management, security, cloud operations, education platform integration, and day- to- day service reliability under defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage IAM and access control across Google Workspace and AWS.
Design, configure, and operate campus network infrastructure (Wi- Fi, VLAN, VPN, security).
Support AWS managed services: governance, security monitoring, cost controls, and automation.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and deliver monthly operational reports.
Administer Google Workspace for Education, including security, user lifecycle, and Classroom operations.
Integrate education platforms (LMS/SIS) using SSO and standard APIs.
Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and support backup, DR, and compliance activities.

2–5 years of experience in Network Engineering or Cloud, System.
Network Engineering.
Experience operating AWS environments.
Solid knowledge of IAM, SSO (SAML/OIDC).
Hands- on experience with Google Workspace for Education.

Nice to Have:

AWS Well- Architected Review experience.
Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.
AWS or Google Cloud certifications.
Knowledge of LMS, SIS, OneRoster.
