IT Manager (Experience In Internal Systems Or Retail Systems Are Preferred - Fluent English) ~ 25 - 30 Mill VND [26216 - D.3, HCM]

- Develop, maintain, and optimize internal software systems to support operations at entertainment centers.- Participate in requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing of software applications.- Support the rollout of new software at branches and ensure stable system performance.- Work closely with various departments (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and provide technical support.- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of software systems.- Install POS systems, game card readers; troubleshoot errors or coordinate with Speed, Semnox, or IM Link to resolve software and hardware issues; Set up product pricing, game machine pricing, promotion programs, etc.- Review, negotiate, and sign annual maintenance contracts for systems.- Perform other IT- related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

- English: Upper Intermediate Level
- 5–7 years of experience in software development (candidates with experience in internal systems or retail systems are preferred).
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.
