ROLE DESCRIPTION
Infrastructure & Automation

Design, implement, configure, and automate infrastructure systems.
Document system architecture, design specifications, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
Develop and manage CI/CD tools and pipelines; continuously improve infrastructure development processes.

Network Management

Troubleshoot issues and ensure network system stability and performance.
Operate and maintain internal network systems (LAN/WAN), configure VPN, Wi- Fi, and network security.

Cloud & System Operations

Monitor and manage resources on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Support system operations on cloud platforms
Deploy and maintain services on cloud environments

Technical Support

Provide technical support to staff.
Guide and educate team members and business units on technology usage and operational best practices.

Development & Continuous Improvement

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Research and implement new ideas to enhance development processes.

REQUIREMENTS: (English is not required)

Proficient in Ubuntu/Linux and system operations
Experience or understanding in monitoring, managing resources, and deploying services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with CI/CD tools and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Git, NGINX, Docker, Kubernetes, and SonarQube
Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to stay updated with new technologies
Experience troubleshooting network issues and managing network devices (routers, switches, access points)
Good communication and collaboration skills
Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and fundamental security controls (firewalls, access control)
At least 1 year of hands- on experience in similar roles
Experience working with infrastructure, including basic implementation and automation
