IT Officer/ Nhân viên CNTT

The IT Officer provides day- to- day technical support to hotel associates and guests, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, network infrastructure, and guest technology services. The role also supports preventive maintenance, IT security, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in IT projects and other assignments as directed by the IT Manager.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi- Fi, LAN/WAN, and related infrastructure.
Support guest technology services, including Internet, IPTV, meeting room technology, and hotel digital platforms.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support when required.
Provide first- line IT support for hardware, software, network, and end- user issues.
Maintain IT asset records, equipment inventory, and technical documentation.
Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, backups, and endpoint security checks.
Maintain IT documentation and recommend service improvements.

Qualifications

Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk; hospitality experience is an advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor&039;s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and IT troubleshooting.
