IT Project Manager (Regulatory Banking Projects, Mandarin Fluent)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and coordinate regulatory projects across the region, engaging with international stakeholders and managing a team of approximately 10 members. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managed services projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance, preferably within Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Mentor and manage a team of 10 members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Oversee infrastructure- related aspects of the project where applicable.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Lead end- to- end execution of regional regulatory projects.
Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Fluent English + Mandarin are required).
5–7 years of experience in project or product management.
Proven track record in regulatory projects; Financial Services Regulatory experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with software development teams in a project management capacity.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a global or multi- regional environment.
PMP, or similar certification.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
