- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Pulling network cables, connecting lines of technology devices
- Maintain and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Assist users with IT- related queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the IT department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Disassemble and assemble IT- related devices
- Address power and network- related problems.
- Solve problems with DNC and MES stations in a manufacturing environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Able to communicate in English; strong written English skills are required to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and power management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
